Founder Experience
Elgin Suggs founded NLAPFA after 20+ years leading engineering, operations, and digital transformation initiatives, including serving as Vice President and Chief Digital Officer for a $500M energy business, where he led AI, automation, and digital transformation strategy across eight business lines. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, holds an MBA, and is a certified Project Management Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
